Reliant

Not sure about those other guys, but my experience with Reliant was great. They got there fast and got me and my car out of a dangerous situation. I'd recommend Reliant Towing to everyone. This isn't as wordy as those other reviews -- guess saying good stuff doesn't take up so much space LOL.

YP should allow zero star reviews!! Reliant does NOT deserve 1 star.

Reliant was contacted through my Allstate Roadside service. My Truck had broken down on the side of 620 in Lakeway. The call for a tow was put in at approx 8:45 a.m. Around 11 a.m. a truck drove by without slowing or stopping, turned the corner and took off. I contacted Reliant and asked why they didn't stop. Bob said the driver was lost and ended up in Hutto (lie). I asked why he didn't call to let me know what was going on he said he would have a truck out in an hour or so but traffic was bad. Around 12 p.m. Around noon Reliant called and said they were 10 minutes away). At 12:25 finally called a different service (Tommy's Towing) and they got the truck at 12:45. At 1:00 p.m. (4 hours 15 minutes later) Reliant called and said they were at my location. When I said I got a different service they didn't apologize for anything and hung up on me.
