Very bad. Just recently bought a house they built and horrible design. First time home buyer and learned a lesson.

I wonder if the person who gave a great review checked to see if his "new" kitchen had proper venting.

These are the issues.
Vent of the microwave, over the stove, does not go through any exit pipe through the cabinet. It will be a matter of time before the cabinets start warping from steam off the stove!!!

Gate to back yard is on side of the A.C. unit. There is minimal room between the A.C. and the side of house and wall. I will not be able to bring anything large into my backyard.

Huge crack through the entire ceiling of the garage. The ceiling can't handle the load of the garage door opener.

Floor tile is wonky and not flush in some areas.

Bathroom paint is shoddy in some areas.

Bathroom floor in shower is not properly graded and water is pooling in certain areas.

No gutters and the water pours down over the entrance way like Niagra Falls.

Cracks are forming around the windows in the stucco.

The rock fill they used is only 2-3 inches. A planter said normally it should be 6-7 inches.

Door locks do not fit fully into the door jams. All deadbolts are at 80% and not able to get 100%.

Backyard is not properly graded. A pool of water collects in the far corner.

You say I should have had these things considered when I bought the house. Well, 90% of these things did not show up until we were moved in. I would never buy a house that these people built.

With a new house and 262k you shouldn't have to worry about anything.

Great experience. Gary Rogers supervised and put in a new kitchen, cabinets and granite. We could not be happier with entire process. Very helpful and professional through the whole process. Highly recommend.
