The Pure Water Source

This company wont answer or return calls. I have an Ozone system that has been nothing but problems. My water smells horrible and I don't think that it is safe to drink. I spent $2300 on the system two years ago, it didn't work right. I call, after a couple of weeks this man might come out to look at it, he might not, usually with some lame excuse about being out of town for the whole time I have been trying to get a hold of him. He charges me again, but nothing gets fixed. Over the past two years I have made at least a hundred calls trying to get this problems resolved. It isn't working at all right now and I have been calling him for two weeks this time. I am considering filing a complaint with the DBPR and the states attorney's office. He says the work is under warranty but it the warranty is worthless if he never answers your calls.

This company will not answer calls. My system is completely broken and I have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks. This is completely unreasonable. He often goes out of town and has no one to cover emergencies. He wont return calls. Completely unacceptable service.
