Nationwide Reovery

I had a vehicle towed by this company to their lot. Every time I contacted them the man on the phone was rude, unfriendly, and all and all unprofessional. They failed to be available during their quoted business hours; mad snide comments when asked how long they would take to get there such as: "We are on our way, we can't fly.", "We will be there when we get there!", hung up on me once and didn't arrive so I could get my car till a hour and a half after their closing time, all of this while my wife, my 14 month old, and myself waited there for over 2 hours. There was no apology for their rudeness nor for their tardiness which cause a major inconvenience for my family and I. It is my honest belief that all of this was for the sake of attempting to swindle me out of another days storage on their lot. Anyone looking for a towing service, I highly recommend you look else where unless you really enjoy being treated poorly and with no regard for your business.
