MI Drain Cleaning

We called about 15 plumbers Thursday morning, 3-30-17 before we were lucky to found Mi Drain Cleaning and spoke to Frank. He was at our home in about 45 minutes. He was very professional, thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. He save my home from flooding. We are very Thankful!! I would definitely use them again and I recommend them highly!

I would highly recommend Frank to anyone having issue's with plumbing I had a sump pump issue and not only did frank come on time and gave me many options to choose from, his rates are decent and service is excellent , I would go back to him for future plumbing needs .

Mi Drain continues to provide a good plumbing service. Frank Munoz is just the guy you need when your basement is backed up. Straight forward, helpful, and honest guy.

Called them this past weekend when all of the snow was melting and it might have been related or maybe not but my basement started to flood. I called Mi Drain and they told me that they were on a job and as soon as they were done I was next.

They showed up, straight away headed to the basement to snake out the drain and even helped me move some rugs out to my garage to dry out. Service cant get better than that.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Mi Drain Cleaning.

With today’s climate of companies not dealing with you in a honest manner, when there is money to be made. I finally found a Company that I would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Over the years, I have dealt with Companies charging me too much to do a job. Not doing the job right, or just not showing up at all to complete the work. Mi Drain Cleaning is by far one of the good guys out there. I had a brake in the main sewer line leading from my home to the road. I got quotes from 2 other companies besides Mi Drain Cleaning and chose Mi Drain Cleaning because of their detailed assessment of the break, knowledge and confidence of being able to fix the plumbing issue in a timely manner; all while charging a reasonable price. Dealing with Mi Drain Cleaning reminds me of what it used to be like in the good old days. To do business with companies when they cared about doing the best job possible, and standing by there word over, how much money can be made out of someone’s miss fortune.

Thanks For The Fast Response! The dispatch lady (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely polite and helpful and understood I needed a plumber in my home NOW. Frank answered all of our questions and explained that our main sewer was backed up and thus resulted in flooding our basement. The water pumped out, sewer snaked and away with water!

I first used MI Drain in 2015 for a sewer backup due to tree roots. On a tight budget, I was drawn to MI Drain by the affordable pricing. I began having trouble with the drain in the basement which resulted in some flooding. I was unsure who to call but happened upon Mi Drain Cleaning which came to my rescue. Plumber Frank was sent out to diagnose my problem and he found a broken drain line after he snaked my laundry tub line. He proceeded to do the floor break job and was done within a few hours. The right guys for the job. Mi Drain sent out one of their plumbers to our home in Waterford to tackle a stubborn sewer line that we previously cabled twice this year alone. Their plumber (Frank) cabled the sewer with two different machines and pulled out massive roots from the sewer line. Th whole job took a little over an hour.. The charge? $90.00. The plumber cleaned up after himself and explained preventative treatments to treat future root problems. I am fascinated with how friendly and professional these guys are and recommend their services to everyone that needs to clear a backed up drain :)

Their service couldn't have been better!I I called them after Ben Franklin Plumbing quoted me $6,540.10 to replace a sewer line that dumps into our septic tank. MI Drain Cleaning's Charge? $1,280.00.. The same service, the same professional response just $5.000.00 less. Thank god for Google and thank god for second opinions. Hired them to locate a sewer line that collapsed under my garage and perform the repair necessary to get my master bathroom drains working again. Jackhammers, cement saws, and some PVC were used to solve a problem affecting our family since we bought the house back in 2008. The cement was put back and the mess was cleaned up. I used their Financing service and only had to pay for materials and half the labor up front. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and I am glad I waited for them to come instead of someone else. I was able to make my appointment and get someone out to my house the same day. Frank was the person they sent and he was great. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and willing to get into my crawlspace without hesitation to work on what needed. Very pleasant experience.

The MiDrain technician came and tried to fix the problem. The problem did not get completely resolved but personally I believe that he tried his best and I think his techniques were correct. I am hoping to get the problem resolved in his re-visit.
