After searching online I chose Late Appliance Repair because of the excellent reviews. They did not let me down and went above and beyond. My dryer had stopped working and Pablo came the same day and fixed it good as new. He even got rid of a constant squeaking noise and thumping sound from the drum of the dryer. I would definitely recommend him.
I had an excellent experience with Appliance Parts NY. I called them on a Sunday and received same day service in Manhattan for an excellent price. Serviceman was very helpful, and thorough. My oven is now working, and ready for the holidays. Thank you!

When my washer broke I called Paul he was there the next day. Turn out I had connected wrong Paul could hace charged me a lot of money {me knowing nothing about machines} instead he reconnected it the right way and chared me a small service fee. It's comforting to know there are still some honest people in the world

I checked the washer and for a moment was "confuse" of what could be wrong. Realizing the inlet hoses were "reverse" (the customer had tried to repaired themselves) I quickly corrected the issue, let Pat know it was a good thing he was dealing with an Honest Repair Company, and that he would only be responsible for the Service Call, which he was much appreciated of. We also both chuckle when I tease him that we are both "suffering" Mets Fan ( he was wearing the cap ) and that I was going to take it easy on him. Thanks for your review Pat, and please keep us in mind for any future repairs / Paul.
My dryer broke on Thanksgiving so I did some research and found Appliance Parts NY. I sent them an email very early Friday morning. Pablo responded immediately and before 12 noon my dryer was fixed. My wife always complains that I am too picky about anyone who services our home but being in the service industry myself, I think its very important to act quickly, be professional and fair and Pablo did all these things. I would highly recommend Appliance parts NY to anyone needing appliance repairs.

My washer started leaking at 9 pm on a Saturday night. I immediately started calling technicians, but Paul was the first to respond. By 2pm on Sunday afternoon, not only was my washer fixed, but my dryer no longer made a hideous squeaking sound! Paul was professional and prompt, very honest and did not try to price gouge me or charge me extra for Sunday service. He showed me what was wrong, he fixed it quickly, and he showed me the repairs. As a homeowner, I was very impressed with his service. He gave me a magnet as a free gift- I will most certainly use it to call him again, and recommend him to my friends! PS- I recommend a generous tip. Paul's rates are very affordable to begin with, and his customer service is exemplary.

Paul called that he was on his way, showed up on time,repaired my appliance (Fridge) the same day. He was knowledgeable, and polite. His quote was much less then other companies I called for the same service. I will definitely tell all my friends about this great service company and hold on this his number if I should ever need his services again. He also gave me a Refrigerator Magnet, which i proudly display on my Refrigerator, holding little memo and things.
