        called to see if they would add an additive (1 pint) that I sell for me when the oil change was being done. i was told sure. when i came in and set the quart of additive in the engine compartment of my car, one of them threw the box on the ground and completely ignored what i tried to tell him.



        I let them finish the oil change, but I will never have anything to do with these freaks again. Untrained apes.

        I don't like bringing in my ca...

        I don't like bringing in my car for service, but the Jiffy Lube in Wauconda really surprised me. They changed the oil in about 10 minutes and didn't try to sell me stuff I did not need. They did point out what Toyota said needed to be done but they let me decide and didn't push. It was alot better experience than the Toyota Dealer.
