I used one of those brand name commercial exterminator for years and they were unreliable and never really got rid of the problem. After 3 years I was hundreds of dollars out of money and still had roach problems. I dumped the brand name and hired this firm. First thing I liked - he did absolutely no spraying whatsoever. He instead used gels, traps and baits. 12 hours later I go into my kitchen and my floor is just covered with dead roaches everywhere. I swept them up and dumped them down the garbage disposal (just to make sure they are dead). Dan Taylor is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and after what I saw tonight, something I didn't see for 3 years with the big-name folks, I realized he's gonna help me get rid of this problem. I would recommend this guy to anyone dealing with bugs.

Dan was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. He also investigated to let us know where the ants were coming from and why. Plugged up a carpenter bee in our wooden deck - haven't had problems since (3 yrs now). Will call again in a heartbeat if we have any future needs.
