Poor service, very rude. I took my log splitter in for warranty service. I told them what the problem was with the splitter. They wanted to glue parts together that originally required steel bolts. I told them no, and they still charged me a $20 diagnostic fee! There was no diagnosis needed, as we knew what the problem was in the first place. This place is a joke. If you need service, I recommend BTK Small Engine Repair on Allen Rd in Kimball Twp. Half the cost, half the time, and much better customer service than Darlings.

Would not reccomend, unless you can have your equipment down for a long period of time - only to have new problems arise once finished
