CVS Pharmacy

I cannot believe the service I received by the Pharmacy staff. It was absolutely horrible. One young lady in particular had the nastiest attitude. I was made to wait until she finished a personal conversation with another employee. When she finally came to the counter to ask if she could help me, she had a very ugly attitude and cared less that my prescriptions were incorrect. I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another store even though it is out of my neighborhood. I hope corporate will take the time to read reviews and take steps to correct the problems.

Pharmacy staff failed to notify me that a prescription would not be covered by my insurance...they also failed to notify prescribing physician's office. Pharmacy staff always seemed way too busy to acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. Pharmacy department is understaff and way too cluttered too say the least. Seriously considering changing pharmacy soon.

Very fast and friendly service. They will tell me 30 minutes and I'm ready in 10 minutes.

Go someplace else, anywhere else! The pharmacy is understaffed, unconcerned, and too busy chatting up the only other person there, to pay attention to your needs. Pharmacist gives you answers that serve his or her purpose, not the correct answer to your concerns. I don't know about the other locations, but I will never go into another CVS pharmacy on my own volition!
