Provided by Superpagesafter waiting on the side of the road for over 3 hours from first towing company my roadside asst. assure this other company "Creations Towing" would show up in 30eta. I waited 27 min. The truck was clean and also the truck smell clean. The driver Andy was very helpful and made sure I was safe. Andy your a polite, professional tow truck driver. Thank you!
I was stranded for 2 hours waiting for the first company. My roadside called out Creations Towing and they assure 30 ETA and they arrived in 27 ETA. I will highly recommend this company. The driver " Andy" is professional and very kind. The inside of the truck clean and smelled clean. Thank you!!!

Provided by SuperpagesDO NOT CALL, left us on the side of the road for over 2 hours and then had to call another company. They changed their estimate 6 TIMES. 50 min, 20 min, 20 min, 10, 10, 10 This is not poor judgment it is lying. When they finally showed up they were not in a flatbed which was on the request. Then tried to convince me my full time 4 wheel drive could be towed by just the back.
Terrible service! They had me waiting for about two hours stranded. I called them after the first 15 minutes they were late and the reply I got was "well be there in 15 minutes or less". 30 minutes slowly stumble by and I call again only to hear the voice mail. Ok maybe there busy. A hour goes by and at this point I'm calling back to back getting straight voice mails. A bit angry now I call road side and check on my status to find out that they were having truck problems. Hey here's an idea how about next time instead of ignoring my calls for two hours you pick up the phone and tell me that!
I got stranded at the airport with a dead battery. The first company my insurance company sent was terrible, refused to listen, and said I needed a tow. The insurance company then sent Creations. The dispatcher and driver -- Albert Jose -- were both amazing. I couldn't recommend these folks more highly.

Provided by SuperpagesWaiting over a hour longer then the ETA, then they showed up with one truck and said they could tow car but it would mess up front bumper, told driver not to tow with that truck because i didnt want my car messed up, then the driver left and told me call my insurance roadside and get someone else to tow
They did a great job of winching my car out after running off the road. The tow truck operator was very concerned over what happened and did a great job of being resourceful on the side of the road to get my car out.
Left us stranded on the interstate for 2 hours, then shows up with his woman in the truck so the ride to the dealership was very uncomfortable. Then was driving 70 miles an hour down 301. Not a great experience & will never use them again, They were called by my roadside service and I have already complained to them also. horrible company.

Provided by SuperpagesWorst customer service. Took this company almost 2 hours to find my vehicle. When dispatch was called they were not able to give information regarding ETA for the service call. Household background noice dispatch was not helpful to the point that I felt threaten when he told me to cancel the call and wait for someone else to come in an hour. Felt helpless.the company should not be receiving the calls for road side service. They should be out of business
