I would definitely use COOL BR...

I would definitely use COOL BREEZE! I called them recently for service. My furnace wouldn't kick on and the house was freezing. I called some of the big name companies that I've been seeing on the side of buses, but the prices were outrageous. They were charging upwards of $100 just to come out. I finally stumbled across Cool Breeze - they came out same day for $79. The Technician was professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. Found my issue and repaired it so my $79 trip charge went towards repair cost.



The technician found some other issues with my furnace and recommended replacement. I thought "he's just trying to make a buck". However I had a friend from out of town who looked over my unit and completely agreed with the Technicians recommended repair. I guess I was being skeptical by assuming the tech was trying to upsell to me. So I called Cool Breeze back for the replacement. This is not the bad mechanic shop you may be used to. These guys are fast, friendly, and HONEST. You won't regret using them... I know I didn't!

Dont use Cool Breeze, they are...

Dont use Cool Breeze, they are unprofessional and unresponsive. The name was reminiscint of a high school friend and put me off a bit, but they were "bryant Certified" so I was convinced.



They came to service my 90+ furnace and since have not finished.



First call was good. Tech was on time, curtious, and explained the issue with the furnace leaking water, and needed to order a part. They ordered the part but did not call to say it was in. I called to follow up and was scheduled an appointment. I waited 2 hrs then called the office. "Oh, we are shorthanded today as one of our tech.s called in sick." Can we come tomorrow?" I waited the morning for them to come, they knew that they could not do it and they didn't call. I rescheduled with them as I did not want to wait for another service to order the part. Second reschedule, and same. No show. Call the office. "Oh the technician is running late, and he will try to be there in 20 min" Now 1 hr later still not here.



I contacted Bryant and they say "Each dealer is an independent business so please contact the owner". Well, what is the point of a Bryant Certification? They are smart enought to pass a Bryant certification test, but not run a business? They should not be certified or Bryant should not expect to be in busniss for long. Mitsubishi has good products.

Excellent service

I recently contacted CoolBreeze for A/C repair prior to Labor Day weekend. Kim is the nicest person you will ever talk to. She returned phone calls promptly and went out of her way to ensure my schedule was not effected. Spooley came out and repaired my A/C with no problems. He was friendly and professional. He explained every detail of the repairs. After a week, unfortunately, my A/C had a different problem. A different tech came out. He left me unsatisfied. The next morning Kim contacted me to follow up on the issue. She immediately sent Spooley out to my home and my A/C is working better than ever. They are personable and willing to work with you. I highly recommend CoolBreeze, Kim, and Spooley. Thanks CoolBreeze.

Think before you call..

Cool Breeze came to my home on June 3,2010 to repair my ac unit that wasnt cooling well.After inspection and a phone call the tech said I needed my drier on the compressor replaced $594.00 total,talked to my wife and give the tech the green light to repair.After the repair my unit was loud and still not cooling well but i thought the house would cool down in time.Left for vacation for two weeks came back called Cool breeze back.They said it would be 79.00 charge if it wasnt the same problem.Tech check unit found it needed a compressor charged 79.00 and another 960.00 to repair.The first tech misdiagnosed the problem and i should have only been charged the difference a total of about 300 more dollars.Please call a company you know not Cool Breeze,if they have to come back its going to cost you.My parts were under warranty also they charged me 200 bucks for a part that was under warranty.

Great Service

I had scheduled an appointment with Cool Breeze. Kim in the office called to let me know that they would be arriving in 1 hour. I had forgotten about the appointment and had scheduled a doctor's appointment. Kim told me to give her a call when I got home and we would take it one step at a time. I called the Cool Breeze office when I arrived home later in the afternoon, sure enough the technician called me and told me he would be there in one half hour and he was! The service I received from the beginning was wonderful, from meeting with Jeff to go over what we wanted in our new heating system, to calling the office and speaking with Bryan to ask a question, scheduling our appointment and the kind and curtious service technicians. The quality of work is more than expected and my new heating system is worth it, as I see the difference in my electric bill already! I am glad I found Cool Breeze and urge everyone to call Cool Breeze with all your heating and air conditioning questions.

Highly Recommend

We had a very old heating system (15 yrs old) and we were interested in the tax credits being offered and of course a more efficient system to help with our utility costs. I did research and made 3 appointments to meet with heating companies. The meeting with Cool Breeze far exceeded our expectations. Jeff from Cool Breeze came to meet with us and he spent a good deal of time with us to help us understand all of our options. Jeff showed us what heating equipment would qualify for the tax rebate and told us about his company rebates that were available also. There was one problem, we just didn't have the funds to get the system we wanted, but Jeff helped us out with this, we filled out a credit application and we were approved on the spot. Now we have 15 months to pay off the new heating system with no interest, we are able to use the tax credit, we qualified for a BGE rebate, and we also received a rebate from Cool Breeze. The men that came to our house to install the new system were very professional, friendly and neat. We are very happy with the service we received and highly recommend Cool Breeze!

Very Dependable

I am a roofing contractor and was doing a roof for a customer. I noticed that their heating flue pipe was badly rusted and not sealed. I called Cool Breeze, they came to the job, evaluated and gave me a price on site. The price was good and we scheduled the job. Cool Breeze came on the scheduled day with no delay. My customers were very happy with the Cool Breeze crew, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Cool Breeze!

Highly Recommend

I was having a problem with my heating system. I had called another company to come out and they told me the problem and quoted me a price. I thought the price was to high. I called Cool Breeze and spoke with Kim in the office, she was a delight! The same day Jeff came over to evaluate my problem and what I had been told by the other company was incorrect. Jeff gave me a quote that was very reasonable. The Cool Breeze crew came to my house as scheduled and completed the job in a professional manner. I highly recommend Cool Breeze.
