I want to let all the people who make their documents with this company know how to be very careful. I to separate an appoiment with a lawyer to fill the applications of ciudadanadia, I had to pay 70 dollars to separate an hour with her. Here is not included the amount of fee that they charge that are not very cheap to say. The next day cancel because I found a more acceptable price with a notary, and stole more than half the money, without seeing the lawyer, because my famous appointment was for a month later. they are thiefs. I was cheated in the face.

They will make you feel pretty worthless! I tried to call yesterday, but the recording tells you to call 211. I called 211, and they told me to call this agency! I emailed the agency, and got a return call from a lady...Julie I think??... who was not very pleasant to me, and actually disregarded anything I had to say. She did a "review" for me over the phone, and wanted to know about my household income. When I told her we needed assistance because my fiancee has had his hours severely cut (he works in the hospitality industry) she told me basically that he should be better prepared for "slow seasons". I then told her he is on disability, and so am I, and we have 4 children in the home. She does not know that he is BLIND, and is unable to work elsewhere, nor did she ask me! I was laid off of my job in 2011 and still cannot find a job. She continued to tell me that $2000 a month was sufficient for a family of 6 and basically this is our fault even though his job has not been scheduling him for work much at all. I was appaulled by the way I was "put down" by this person, and wondered why she is working for this agency. As a Christian myself, I could not believe the way I was "put down" and will never call or donate to this organization myself again!!

I am so thankful I got an apointment with the agency. They were able to help me keep my electric on. I am a single mother and didn't have the experience the other person did. I got through to the department my working with ms. yeter. Arlean helped me and they gave me enough food for me and my son for a week. I had been calling but coulndnt get through and Ms.Yeter helped me. She listened to my problem and put me with the right person. God is good. Go to them if you need help. They care.

This agency is full of hypocrites, and liars. They demean those who come to them for help, and discriminate against those who are not Catholic. Julie Yetter, a supervisor there, calls single mothers lazy, and states that they mooch off "the system". Carmen Hernandez, another Supervisor, and her co-workers spend more time gossiping and hurting the feelings of others rather than doing the lord's work they were hired for. If you go there for help and you feel demeaned in anyway, report it! Call your local newspaper or television station. Anyone can have difficult times in there life, but no one deserves to be treated lesser for it!
