        Carver Pump Service provides agricultural and residential water pump products, work and maintenance 24 hours per day in Fresno, Kings and Tulare counties since 1987. Carver Pump was founded in the 1970s in Visalia, Calif., primarily as a seller, installer and servicer of pumps for water wells used for domestic and agriculture water supplies. In 1985, Tommys Pump Company of Dinuba, Calif., acquired the company and chose to retain the Carver name. The combination of the two long-standing and prestigious companies has allowed us to expand our services and product lines, increase our service area and make our response time one of the fastest in the industry.Carver Pump is a member of the California Groundwater Association, the Better Business Bureau, the Kings County Farm Bureau, the Tulare County Farm Bureau, the Tulare Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
