        I was cut off by a Buck Overby Truck (Truck number BT12) and not only was the licence plate covered (which is illegal) but the truck had the mud flaps tucked up so any rocks kicked up would have shattered my windshield. I tried to get out of the way, so I didn't get caught by any debris, and the truck sped up to cut me off. IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE THESE TYPES OF TRUCKS MUST USE MUD FLAPS OR THE ALTERNATIVE. Clearly they have no cares for the rest of the population.
