Blue River Services is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1959 by a group of parents who believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy, Blue River has developed an array of services to meet the needs of children and adults in Harrison, Crawford, Orange, Washington, Lawrence, Jackson, Clark, Floyd, Dubois, Perry, Scott, Spencer, Martin, and Madison Counties in Indiana. Blue River Services strives to reach its motto of 'people serving people' by providing services to those in Southern Indiana with a developmental disability, and to the general community as well. It offers family and children s; employment; residential; transportation; and administrative and fiscal support services. Blue River Services is located in Corydon, Ind.
