⚠ WARNING ⚠ Stay far away from this company! As a prior employee, I know first hand how they operate. I was an unlicensed driver, driving for them (If that tells you anything) Never once have I seen a damage claim form, how are you going to report your damaged items?? Getting stoned on the way to the jobsite seemed normal for these guys. (The owner didn't care) Let's mention why I was fired without cause: After threatening to expose the company's unethical business practices I was given the boot. (Figures) but to add to that, they are withholding my last $988.00 check and have for some time now.. Having faith in the legal system I'll see that money one day and hope the hammer of justice slams ever so hard on ASAP Movers LLC. The owner of this company attempts to evade me and the legal system by changing names. We're on to you.. Your business practices are so unethical I've made it a personal mission to expose this company to everyone. YOU WILL NOT SCREW PEOPLE OVER ANYMORE!!

ASAP movers moved me last month and it was my 4th move of the year. I chose to have 3 guys because it was only $10 more an hour than 2 guys. Each of the other moves was only 2 guys. This move took 7 hours with 3 guys moving the same items as the other companies did with 2 guys. Each of the other moves were only 6 hours.



At the beginning of the move, one of the guys dropped an item on the hardwood floor creating a huge dent in the BRAND NEW floor. This then took a great deal of time to deal with that I ended up having to pay an extra hour when they didn't finish at their projected time. They collect payment while your items are still in their truck and just estimate the time it will take to unload. Then collect additional payment when they did not get done in time.



The movers took off the doors at my new place and then couldn't put one back on correctly. The other door was just left off. When they were getting close to their estimated time, they began to complain about the elliptical that I needed upstairs. Telling me that they might have to leave it there. I made it clear that that was not an option. Also, they moved my washer/ dryer and hooked them up (which was nice), but didn't do that correctly.



Oh!!!!! There is a 10% fee for using a CREDIT CARD. WTF is that about? I am a business owner and that is a complete and utter ripoff. Yes, it costs more to accept a credit card, but nowhere near 10%. That just makes me think that they want cash to pay guys under the table or not pay taxes. When we complained, we were told that an email was sent with that information when the appointment was scheduled. That email was never sent to me and the email was finally forwarded from their office during the conversation in the middle of the move. They had actually emailed THEMSELVES and not me when I scheduled the appointment.



Also, the business had absolutely no information on the moving truck!!!!!!!! When we asked to speak to the manager, the guy gave us the phone and was yelled at after the conversation for putting a customer on the phone with the manager. Isn't that what a manager is for?????



STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!

Very pleased with ASAP Movers. I suggest doing your book work before choosing movers in Denver. I did not and wound up with a moving company who didn't show up at all this weekend. I called ASAP Movers who were able to send me three men and a moving truck within an hour. These guys hustled and easily made up for the time I lost by hiring a the other movers. I will be calling these guys first the next time I move. My guys were David and Cole and they were careful with my stuff, polite and very fun to have on the move. I paid about $300 bucks including tip to have my apartment moved.

Great company to work with today. Quickly moved items from our bakery into our storage unit on the second floor. They took the time to protect the stove and display case I was terrified to move myself and I'm stoked to say they both got to me in one piece. I spoke with Crystal in the office to make my reservation and she was a peach. My movers David and Chris were big and strong and seemed to really know what they were doing. Will use ASAP again.

TERRIBLE experience. Tons of hidden costs and rude movers. They are also nearly six hours late. It's so OBVIOUS that the positive reviews on this page were written by the owner, Angela. Don't be fooled! Stay away!!!

I am a repeat client for ASAP and I think they are great. Never had any issues with the company. I was referred by Kristy Mullen and she has used ASAP twice herself. The guys they send are always polite, articulate, and strong. No complaints!

I don't have one cOmplaunt about my move with ASAP. All around great experience.

There are two ads for ASAP Movers so I wanted to be sure I placed my review on both. I used them this morning and my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Great customer service that easily scheduled my move two days prior to my move date. Friendly, uniformed guys, nothing broken and right on time. Request David and Scott!

I used these movers today and they were so great. I didn't have one bit of trouble with the way they conducted business from the minute they got here to the minute they left. They called an hour prior to arrival, thy showed up 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment at 8, and they were so polite. Didn't Smell like smokers and in uniform. I kept my eye on them and they certainly surpassed my expectations as movers. Will use again next May.

These guys are fantastic and the rates were way lower then I expected. Really friendly team of guys they sent out to us.
