        Overall

        The following is what I reported when they finished the job in June. The system was not working properly when they left and it has been backing up into my my shower. I am just one person and after paying over $700 for a service, I do not expect a failed system. They refuse to come back out and drain it again or make it right.

        I am reporting what is on my invoice, because it seems high compared to what I read it should be. If it is fair and justifiable, then others will know ahead of time and agree or disagree. $425 for 1250 gallons to pump (on the high end). Then $125 for hydrojetting ???. Then $180 for digging. They left and came back with a backhoe. $730 is total due and my shower still does not drain. They say it needs to be rooted. For that much money, it would be nice to have it all running, but they said they do not have the proper tools for that.
        I was charged 34 cents per gallon, even though the website says 25 cents per gallon. Read the fine print. It says it expires on Memorial Day, but they still have not updated their website.
