Power Tire Number 4 Inc

After my experience with another tire shop near by I was compelled to write this . . . I had 5 new tires put on my vehicle at Power Tires a month ago. I arrived shortly before their closing time and was not turned away. I placed my order and in banter the employees were challenged to finish the job to close up and go home on time. . . needless to say the expedience and efficiency of their team work was amazing. Not only did they remove mount and balance five tires once but when I asked if they replaced the valve stems they did all 5 again and still went home on time. The only reason I didn't give them the fifth star is in their hurry my lug nuts were over torqued with the impact gun which made it very difficult to remove the tires when I did brake job on my vehicle. In comparison just yesterday I went to another shop because they undercut tire price but they required me to get there no less than 1 hour before closing or else they wouldn't take me in. When I got there I sat and waited until one and a half hours after they closed before the job was done. In retrospect the better value would've been to pay the minute difference in price for the outstanding customer service Power Tires employees provides.

Review From PutYouOnBlast: This place sold me tires that warped in the heat which caused it to have a bump in the tire tread area. I bought the tires 2 months ago and they refused to give me any type of deal to replace it. They wanted me to pay full price or gtfo. They also sold me faulty valve stems that pulled right out when I went to fill my tire with air. Luckliy I had a portable air compressor and was able to temporarily insert the valve-stem and fill it up enough to go to Discount Tires who replaced it for FREE. This place is dangerous! If you value your life you'll buy your tires elsewhere. They have no regard for safety and only care about scamming you for money!
