Overall

My son fell and hurt his head badly while I was checking out. Obviously I wanted to finish my purchase and get my son medical attention but I couldn't because the man behind the counter was slowly putting my stuff in a bag while looking off into space. I asked him if he could please finish bagging stuff so I could leave...he just gave me a "go to hell" look and handed me my bag. I returned to the counter and asked him if everything was in the bag...he then said...

"Bitch you tell me."

I asked him for the rest and he HAD IT IN HIS HAND!

I could not believe I was treated like this while my son was screaming from an injury he received at your Gas Station.

Once I took care of my son I called and asked to speak to a manager. They said he wasn't there. The next morning I called to speak to a manager and they said he wasn't able to come to the phone I left a message explaining the situation. I called again at 3:30 and spoke to someone that said the manager won't be in till Monday at 6:00.
