        I had a problem with the PIN on my debit card and had to go into the branch to resolve it. They were extremely helpful and patient when it took several attempts to correct the problem. Everything got straightened out and I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism.

        We switched to Bank of Nashville from our previous national brand bank a little over 2 years ago. We have been very pleased with their level of service and personal contact. My only small complaint would be that I wish they had more convenient drive through banking.

        I use the bank of Nashville and all of its locations. The Green Hills branch can be a little rough for parking, but has great employees.
