Stockyard

Terrible! This place is making a living off sucker tourist and they got me. Very over priced. Which is fine if the food was even decent. That was bar none the worst steak I have ever eaten. My wife felt the same way. Terrible!

I think The Stockyard is great. I proposed over dinner and it was marvelous. My steack was superb, and her blackened chicken she adored. Our waiter's name was Darrin. The best I've had in years. The staff went the extra mile to make the dinner as well as the night perfect. The prices were a bit up there, and the wine list is fantasic. Overall, It was worth every penny, and ask for Darrin. He'll make sure you get your money's worth.

The Stock-Yard Steakhouse was an excellent experience. The service was exceptional, the wine list was extensive, and the food was hot and plentiful. While it is not in the status of a Ruth Chris or a Smith and Wolensky I would rate it just below their level. I am a carnivoire and have eaten steaks across the country this restaurant ranks in the top 15.

We had reservations and ended up waiting 2 later than our reservation time. We were seated in an empty room with tables that had not been cleaned off from the previous guests. The steak was fantastic and expensive and would have been worth it if the service had been top notch. Even though the food was good we will not return.
