Shady Hills

Please listen to the reviews, there are terrible loud residents, children running around, and the manager only seems to care when its for her benefit. Apparently, the manager seems to want to take old trailers out to put new homes in. I have complained several times about other residents and the fact that children are running around with dangerous objects. Manager proceeded to tell me I was conspiring against other residents when she arrived hours after I called her about the children. Obviously, the children were not going to be waiting for her to arrive. Anyways, the manager will also tell you after complaining that "you are not suitable for the community". The fact that your complaints are mainly looking out for other residents and their children was obviously not in the spectrum of logic. Again, it is not worth it living here if there is no comfort inside your home, or with management.

Review Trailmont to get a short review of what I mean. If you decide on one of these two parks rent from here. They seem to take care of this one better. But don't expect to get your deposit back. Because I have been waiting and trying for almost 3 years now and it is 2007. Guess we will go to court.
