Samurai Sushi

If anyone ever asks me where to go for sushi in Nashville this is my first recommendation. The fish and ingredients are always fresh. You can literally taste the difference. I love the casual, unassuming vibe. It's a perfect addition to the legendary rock block. Typically I order sashimi because it seems like a waste to add rice to such perfect cuts of fish but all of their rolls are on point. I always start with the seaweed salad and a large saki. Can't imagine living in Nashville without this place!

This is some of the best sushi in town. It is a small, low-key building, but the food is always great with reasonable prices.

This is such a great little sushi shop! Probably my favorite in Nashville. They've got fantastic sushi, without the ridiculous prices you can find at some spots. There's not a lot of seating, but the staff has always been helpful to accommodate a group of need be. Love this place.

We went here on a whim late on a Saturday evening not really expecting much. They were near closing, but still served us with barely a hint that they were trying to close up shop. The food was delicious, the service was sweet and we will definitely go back. Only complaint was that the green tea could've been better. It tasted like it was from a tea bag instead of the fuller bodied loose leaf tea.
