The phone system is a mess. Office staff was not helpful. The electronic sign in was a mess and not accurate. I was not able to update medications. The wait time was ridiculous 1 hour to see Dr Mantle. then he was not prepared for my daughters appointment. He knew nothing about her medical history. When asked about her medical history. His conclusion was thar my daughter needed surgery. We waited to schedule her surgery in the room as instructed by Dr Mantle. Twenty mintutes later I stepped out of the room to check on scheduling. The nurse Tammy was at her desk on her cell phone with a private call. After 3 days of waiting we finally had her surgery scheduled. Then to have his nurse call Tammy to say that Dr Mantle had to cancel her surgery because he was going on vacation. There were no apologies or concern that I has worked so hard to get off work so that I could be there for my daughter.
