Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to rent a car recently on a last minute business trip. Got a car with somewhat high miles (over 40K), but still in excellent shape. My daily rate was also very good. Problem was when I needed to change drop off locations. I understand a "drop off" charge, but theirs was exorbitant, and I feel it was strictly due to the fact that it was a late change. They charged me almost $250. When I got back home, I went online to see what the drop off charge would have been, and it was $134. I feel cheated, and although I've used Enterprise for a long time, I dont know that I will going forward.

The staff at the Nashville Airport are top notch. They are very professional and pickup and drop off were both fast and efficient.

I came in town for a family funeral and it was a quick turnaround time...the representatives I encountered were awesome they got me checked in and out in no time....thank you for such great service....I would recommend this rental service anytime....Great job and friendly service...

Overall the experience as great. The only knock I have is a colleague rode with me to lunch and noticed that there were foot prints on the windshield on the passenger side. So the car was not at its cleanest.

It is always a quick and easy process with Enterprise, from the short to no wait at the desk, one of the first locations in the rental car garage, an attendant is waiting for you, complementary water, to exiting the garage. Never had any problem getting the car I reserved and even free upgrades when my car class was not on hand. The returns have always been smooth without much wait even when other cars were being returned at the same time.

One of the easiest rentals that I've done. It helped that there were 3 reps at the counter and only one person in front of me, so I basically walked off the plane, down the escalator and right to the rental counter. Painless!

I was directed outside to the Enterprise lot in the garage, escorted to the cars, given a selection of 2, selected my car, inspected it, hopped in and was off.

Returning it was just as simple... It couldn't have been any smoother!

Was told my reservation was there but a car would not be ready for 15 minutes. Took over an hour to get a car and ended up with a smaller car than what I reserved.

They used to be my go-to rental co, but...What a nightmare....Took 90 minutes to get the car - because they had none and I had to wait for someone to turn one in. Had they told me the truth, instead of " it'll just be about 10 more minutes" I could have taken a cab to my appointment. Discovered that registration was expired when stopped by police as I was driving thru unsavory part of town, late at night - THAT was scary! Left some wrapped gifts in back seat when I returned it, along with cell phone charger, and POOF, they disappeared. My fault, but really, they were obviously gifts, not trash. That employee is guilty of theft, in my opinion. If I had returned it with a dent, they surely would have tracked me down!

easy to pick up. Locations are all around the city and at the airport. They provided me with a great car that I could afford and they had available when I needed it. Good job Enterprise!
