Dr. Roof of Tennessee

STAY AWAY FROM DR ROOF!!!!! JOHN PHISHER AND THE PEOPLE AT DR ROOF ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF. INSTALLED FLASHING WRONG AND CAUSED LEAKS. THEY INSTALLED OVER 100 DAMAGED SHINGLES WHICH NOW REQUIRES ME TO GET A NEW ROOF AGAIN BUT INSURANCE CAN'T COVER IT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND TYPICALLY CHANGE THERE NUMBERS. I AM HAVING TO GET AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH THEM.

Dr, Roof and John Fisher and crew were great - all I had to say was - I need a roof. They took it from there. They met with the adjusters, and one day i left for work and came home and had a new roof - there was no sign of roofers, roofing equipment or materials. The did a great job. I not only recommend them to all my friends, but when I had to have another roof (year and half later a tree hit the roof) - I called them again. Again - the same great service!

This review SHOULD be Negative!!! I am losing $$$THOUSANDS$$$ cause of John Fisher and John Kearns.



IMHO, a completely untrustworthy operation that has caused me thousands of dollars in damages from poor installation including: Failing to put flashing on; installing the vents incorrectly so they rust and leak; shingles overhanging so gutters dont work. John Fisher takes no responsibility and puts it all on his girlfriend, Elizabeth Fielding, and some guy named John Kearns who is blamed for everything that Fisher did wrong. Check out their F on Better Business Bureau. They failed to reply for repairs; they have no insurance that I can find as of this date; they are a TOTAL DISASTER. We have notified all the legal authorities at the local and state levels and hope to help other people from getting screwed by this guy. Just sayin'... and this is ALL the truth... and it is actually much worse.

This company worked well with my insurance company to install a complete new roof. It looks good, although they all but refused to install a peak vented configuration. They are good at a plain roof.

The problem came with the first rain. I have several leaks, and now they will not answer my calls, and tell me they will come out, when I call from a new phone they don't recognize. They sing a great song before the roof is installed, but seem to care less when they are done and you have problems. I finally stopped calling and am having to go to another company to come out and help me repair the leaks.

If they followed through and helped me when my ceiling started showing water damage, I would have rated them 5 stars. When John ignores your calls, and won't help fix a problem they created, you will understand what I am going through.
