Renters Insurance

Commercial Liability Insurance

And, it also includes personal liability if the rental property doubles as your primary residence.
Professional Liability Insurance
A Professional Liability policy protects your business in professional negligence claims and includes defense costs. Often purchased by businesses that provide professional services or advice, such as a consultant, independent contractor or freelance worker.

Liability Insurance
If you’re like me and want something that is both affordable and good coverage, then I suggest an amount that is in between the minimum and maximum. I typically recommend a policy starting at 100/300/100 coverage. With this amount, the insurance company will pay $100,000 for bodily injury, $300,000 for multiple injuries, and $100,000 for property damage. This is a good amount of coverage and is priced at a competitive rate. However, keep in mind, if you want to add an Umbrella Policy to your home and auto, you will be required to get the max amount of auto liability coverage, starting at 250/500/250.
Travel Insurance
There is always a feeling of anxiety when you travel. You get apprehensive before you leave about your flight, accommodations, and being able to acclimate in a new environment. Sometimes our thoughts drift off into worst-case scenarios creating even more anxiety. What if I get hurt when I’m in a foreign country? What if I lose my passport? What if I’ve paid all this money for my trip and I have to cancel? It’s perfectly normal to worry about these things happening, but wouldn’t it be nice to have a plan in place just in case something were to happen? That’s exactly why you need Travel Insurance.

We all remember the devastating floods of 2010. The torrential rains on May 1 and 2, 2010 resulted in a number of deaths and widespread property damage.
