Provided by DexKnowsI needed a small bouquet for my bridal photos. I ordered them over the phone and when I went to pick them up the teenager that was behind the desk didn't say hello or anything she just asked me what I wanted. I told her I’m here to pick up my bouquet that I ordered. She didn't say anything she just sighed and walked to the back. She came back and said that she couldn't find them and I had to re-explain that they are ordered and paid for. She sighed again and walked back and then came back with them. The flowers (I ordered white Cal lilies and Roses) the roses had black blotches on them and the lilies where already wilting. She handed them to me and walked away. Horrible customer service!! It was a freakin joke! Their flowers are horrible and obviously not fresh and the people there should all be fired. And that’s the nice way was putting it. I will never ever go back there!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else that doesn't waste your money.
