The doctors and staff at Murfreesboro Primary Care are kind, caring and provide outstanding medical services. I highly recommend this practice!

I will never recommend this practice. Specifically Dr. Jones. If you need a physician for an actual concern, then go some place else. All you will receive here is a medical outsource manager. I had a total thyroidectomy by a surgeon who is part of the entire Vidant /ECU practice and was having some concerns over my incision, 4 weeks later. I also had blood work come back indicating kidney disease, something I've never had. I requested an appt with Dr. Jones or ANYONE in the practice, with the approval of my surgeon who is an hour away from me, and was DENIED. If you are an actual physician and can't tell if a surgical site is infected, you need to go back to school or find another line of work. I was denied due to the fact I am switching to another provider who will join the practice in January and I feel Dr. Jones took this as a personal insult.
