Joshua's Appliance Repair

Horrible experience. Our washer has been broken for our a month , and varying people have been out at least 6 times without fixing it each time. There is a different part that needs to be ordered each time, and it takes a week or more to get here. They do not return our phone calls. The last time they were out they told us there was nothing more they could do and they had to call the manufacturer and have them come out. they scheduled an appointment with our warranty who then notified us of the appointment. We tried to get it changed, but again, Josh's did not answer. They put into the warranty system that they were on their way at 11 am , and not 2 mins later we received a confirmation for a NEW appointment that ALSO requires us to take off work that we were NOT ASKED about and we have a NO SHOW from the repairman. We called a dozen times and left voicemails with NO response. INCREDIBLY unprofessional . We are calling our warranty and requesting a new company.
