        In my opionion, based on numer...

        In my opionion, based on numerous venous doppler scans in the past, the person administering my scan did not know how to conduct the scan. I had to have the scan repeated elsewhere to get results needed by my doctor. Then, even though I did not receive the service I went to the center for, they refused to wave the fee.
