Paradise Dental

I entered into treatment with Dr. Geng, composite bonding which she had suggested. After weeks and many 2-3 hour visits with much drilling, treatment was complete at a cost of over $4000.00. Less than two weeks of completion the bonding on a tooth broke off. Dr. Geng repaired it. Less than a week later another tooth did the same and was repaired. Dr.Geng did repair them for free and said she would continue to do so. I was not happy. Another tooth had the bonding break/pop off. By the time I was able to meet with her other teeth had done the same. I requested a refund for unsatisfactory services. My teeth were going to need major repair and I would need money for this.. Dr. Geng said she would reimburse for only the teeth that had the bonding off at present. As the bonding kept popping off teeth I knew that would not work. A couple of weeks later I was to meet with Dr. Geng again, she was not there for the meeting. The dental assistant did examine my teeth and counted fourteen teeth with broken bonding. I have this list. The office manager witnessed this. I called the office the following week and was told that Dr. Cheng had mailed a check on the past Monday to reimburse for eight teeth. A check was never mailed and Dr. Cheng has still not contacted me. My phone number was blocked after the last call. Paradise Dental is not paradise.

The Denist was very aware of what needed to be done for my dental needs. She was very nice and polite. Referred me to the right place for my dental needs. The office is clean with state of the art equpment. She has gas for dental anxiety and was very kind and polite. I highly recomend this dentist.
