Dr. Robin C Ray, MD

Love going here! I always went there and now I take my son there. I have met other doctors as well over the years but none have done as well as them in my case (some of them I wouldn't have went to even if I was dying). I have always enjoyed the way the nurses treated me and now treat him. We have always asked their advice on new medical treatments and they have given their honest opinion about the subject. I realize they are still human and can make mistakes but overall I believe that they try to help me and my son in the long run. This applies especially Dr. Amy Ferguson.

So unbelievably disappointed in my experience with this place. The doctors are really old school and don't take the time to learn new things. I've been bullied into multiple things I haven't been comfortable with and had a confrontation with a nurse over the phone. There is no room for an opinion at this place and any research you do on your own does not matter.

Very bad place, I have stopped taking my son there, they have inadequate tools for testing and getting good results, this is also a sham for family employees and relatives

I am very happy with Lake Norman Pediatrics. My children see Dr. Madrid and Dr. O'Donnell, both of whom are excellent doctors and very friendly. My kids recieve very good care and the doctors listen to me and respect my concerns and my choices for my kids. I don't have experience with all of the doctors there, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Madrid and Dr. O'Donnell.

Very bad doctors and the service is much worse than I ever experienced in usa. Wehn you ask for prescription over the phone to send it to a pharmacy they never send. When you go pharmacy after work to pickup the medicine the prescription wont be there and if you call after hour service they never respond. This is the service they are providing. They dont have proper diagnostic equipments to check on lil kids. Kids always suffer if these kind of dotctors are around.I never recommend these people to anyone.

The worst group of doctors my kids have been too. Do not recommend them. In the few times we've gone, they have diagnosed my child's sickness incorrectly and I always had to take them back.
