Paradigm Hormones

I could not be happier with my experience at Paradigm. Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Ramirez and I would recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with hormone balance. I had been to a doctor who wanted to treat my hormone condition solely on my blood test numbers - which had failed to help in the past. I sought him out after finding out about his advanced level of treatment and credentials. It was important to me to find a doctor who considered my symptoms along with the blood tests in formulating a treatment protocol. That's exactly what Dr. Ramirez did. HE LISTENED! I have been treated for a thyroid condition for over 20 years and have never felt this good. If you have hormone issues (or want to try the medspa), I'd tell you to run to his center. Its amazing.

Worst experience ever. The front desk representatives and office manager showed poor customer services and overall lack of professionalism. The minute we walked in they treated us like we were a nuisance. They were also caught with gossiping to the aesthetician about us and saying rude things that were completely irrelevant to them providing any service. It was so repulsive one my family members left crying. I have never felt the need to write a negative review on an business before but something needed to be said so they can understand the impact of their actions, mannerisms, and communication.
