Honestly they don't even need a star. I had tried calling about my order that they completely messed up and I stayed on the phone for what seemed like hours. I've had too many problems in the past with them I believe they need to just hire a whole new staff

There were 7 employees. Only one was preparing sandwiches. One walked around pretending to work while the manager and another employee talked about other employees & what a bad day it was right next to the counter. No one pitched in to help the young man prepare the sandwiches. The kitchen was messy and poorly run. It took an inexcusably long time to prepare my small order and there was no apology. I have to say that the one young man preparing the sandwiches did a good job on them when they were finally done. The fries tasted as if the oil was old. I will not go back to the Moody location.
