Established in 1978, the SGI staff consists of two physicians and four physician assistants, and more than a dozen healthcare professionals with decades of local service. Our center is a multi-purpose facility serving patients from counties throughout Northcentral Pennsylvania. Our patients are referred by their family physician or healthcare provider.
