FedEx

my mother is elderly and does much of her shopping online. she likes to see the fedex coming to her door and has always had a cordial relationship with them,at least 10 years,has never had a problem until jan.10th.her last 4 deliveries were placed outside her gate ,once in the rain. Then a pakage was stolen. 2 employees ,who she didnt knowmay hae been new,came by and she was trying to explain that she always got her packages put on her porch. The female employees was very ugly to my mother,telling her that she was the one who needed to explain ,to my mother,that she(employee) did not have to deliver to porch,so my mother didnt need to explain anything but to listen. they were in my mother's driveway for at least 20 minutes,arguing with her,she was in tears,and shook her finger in the male

employess face,at which time the female called police(why did they stay there for 20 minutes?why did they not just leave,they had no more business there) the police came,of course,nothing was done,it was simply an attempt to bully an elderly lady. What they didnt know was that my mother had been calling fedex whan the employees came,so there was someone on the phone from fedex the entire time,my mother forgot he was on the phone. then a supervisor came to the phone and my mother realized he was still on the phone.she was trying to explain to the supervisor what had happened,by now,in tears,the police told her to let the supervisor take care of it and left.the fedex employees still there,the female employee had even hinted to the police when she called that my mother had a gun or weapon! when the supervisor asked to speak to the employees,they refused to and at long last..they ran to their vehicle and left. she had to hospitalized that night. She has packages coming and i do nt want these employees coming to her house. i am seriously thinking of a lawsuit ,especially if these 2 employees come into my mothers yard.i do not live in the same state so im not able to be there with her. i would like to know if these employees were disiplined for this ,it caused my mother a night in the hospital,and these 2 SHOULD never have stayed in her driveway for 20 minutes ,plus,they should have gotten in their vehicle and just left. watch your elderly when fedex dries up. Now,i hae to say that my mother never had a problem in the 10 years she has used fedex,in fact,had a pleasant relationship with those she knew. they always tapped on her front
