Ani's Chicken and Shish Kabob

Eat anis chicken and there was hair in my food I asked for a refund he told me to leave his store most terrible service I've ever had October 3 2012

I went to Ani's for the first time today (04/13/09). I went on my lunch break. I order the 1/2 Chicken special. I got my order really quickly. When I returned to work and open the box to eat, the chicken was soooooo dry. I could not even bite into the meat. It was like a shoe sole. I call and advised them of the bad chicken, he said that he was sorry but didnot offer to replace the bad meal. I will not be going to Ani's again. I could have order some $1 food from McDonald's and been happier that I am right now.

We live in Montebello and have been to sani's many times. This will probably be the last time. we called ahead (45 min) for 2 chickens. When they are fresh they are tasty, when they are not they should be thrown away. We were assured they were fresh. Well for the last time we received ultra dry, stringy, jerky like chicken. Two of them along with 2 sides for $23.99. C'mon, $25.00 for two dry chickens. What would you do, talking with them hasn't helped, and we really do have many other choices here in Montebello.
