Kathy's Deli and Bakery

I was lucky enough to pass by Kathy's on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, on a side trip off I-5 heading south from Yreka towards Mt Shasta; stopped there for a rotisserie pork sandwich. Delicious!!! and 1/2 sandwich was an ample treat, for less than $4.00. Plus the service was friendly and so were the other clients. I was on the way home from a 5-1/2 week road trip from Tucson to the Northwest and back, and this was one of the best lunches I had on the whole trip. The next time I'm heading by Mt. Shasta I will stop by there again!
