Long wait time before you are called for eye-checkup. I ordered glasses with transitions. Took 3 more days to set up an appointment (again) to pick up glasses. Went into the office, got my glasses and got out somewhat happier. However, I realized that the lenses were not transitions and had to go back. I had to wait another half and hour only to find out that I will have to wait an additional week.



I went to various eye doctors office and never experienced such carelessness. Even Walmart is better in that sense. I read the reviews below and gave this facility a try. But definitely not worth it. Please avoid if you can.

I have been a patient for almost ten years now. They always get my in very quickly for my appointments. I feel very comfortable because the staff is caring and friendly.
