well i guess what i can say good about them was that all of my furniture is clean but they showed up an hour early for the appointment which was at 10:30 and got there at 9:30 A.M. with no notice, he did not introduce himself or even a "how are you doing today?" just walked in the door, said im here to clean your furniture and then when he got done, asked me to write a check and left. not very good customer service AT ALL!
