We lost our A/C during a 90+ degree heat wave at 8:15 on a Saturday evening. Bad timing for an A/C failure. We called the number given on a recording for Reicherd to line-up an appointment for as early as possible in the upcoming week. But Pat came over right after the phone call, efficiently identified the faulty electronic component, and the A/C was back in service that same evening. We have done business with Reicherd before and continue to be impressed with the quality and timeliness of their service.

Their Service was Great, When our warranty company kept giving us businesses that said they didn't service our furnace, we were told to call Reichert . When they came out I told them the issue and he had it repaired in a half hour, he repaired the board instead of replacing it and saved us lots of money. Great Service THANK YOU!!!
