Chiropractic Health Center - Dr. Mark Joseph

Prior to visiting Dr. Joseph at Chiropractic Health Center, I had ben experiencing migraines for years. On occasion they were to the point where I could not work or even leave the house. They came on fast and lasted for days at a time. Dr. Joseph was able to relieve the pain of these headaches and, at this time, I experience fewer and fewer migraines. I still experience an occasional migraine, which is normally stress or hormone-induced, but nothing like I had been getting for the last 5-6 years.

Dr. Joseph was very professional, took adequate time in finding out my chief complaint, and was able to adjust me as well as suggest things I could do to in my everyday life.

I have had problems with my lower back since I was in my late teens. I'm now in my late 60s and in 2014 my back began "going out" every month instead of occasionally. By July my hips were twisted to the right and my right leg seemed shorter than my left. I had to use a walker to relieve the pain in my hips. I went to see Dr. Joseph and walked in using a cane. I found out that I also had a curved upper spine and a neck vertebrae out of place. After a series of gentle adjustments I walked out without using my cane. I continued with treatments for another 2 months and each time I felt better and could stand straighter than I had in years. I also noticed that my ankles no longer swelled at the end of the day like they had been doing for 20 years.
