Dr. Ross is the best dentist my husband and I have ever had! He truly takes time to listen to every word you're saying, cares with all his heart about everything you're going through..you just feel that about him being in his presence. Dr. Ross, you're truly a blessing from God to all of us that have Medicaid and to this community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Dr. Ross made me change my mind about dentists. He is the most kind and caring one I ever met. I have pretty bad teeth and most dentists were very rude to me and I would never go back. Thanks to Dr. Ross I will actually go to the dentist and not feel like some stupid girl with the bad teeth. Dr. Ross is caring and has worked through lunch two times to help me get my smile where i want it to be. He is a great Dentist and i would highly reccomend him! His staff is great too btw!

best dentist i've been to! the staff is friendly and dr ross is awesome, always makes sure that you are feeling comfortable and not in any pain. i took my 4yr old there who had a bad experience with his previous dentist, but here they were sooo nice, he was all smiles by the time he left, he had a blast and says he cant wait to go back!

I've never met such a true, caring dentist like Dr Ross! I have experienced a lot of bad dentists having Medicaid, so that's why I haven't been to see a dentist in years. I was so scared. I called and they truly cared about my fear. I was terrified to walk in the door especially to have the nerve to sit in the chair. As soon as Dr Ross came in, he sat and listened to me..took the time to listen and care about me!! God bless you! Dr Ross will never know how comfortable he made me and boy can he sing..he made me want to sing!! He was so happy and true!! I had no worries because I knew he was going to take care of me and not hurt me. Dr Ross, if you read this...THANK YOU, you made me feel special and didn't hurt me when I was in pain with my tooth. I Raquel Garcia visited the office of East Charlotte Dental Clinic on Lawyers Rd. Dr James Ross treated me so great! I came in with so many cavities, being 37 it was embarassing. Due to four of my bottom teeth missing, wrotten, cracked they did not even look like teeth. I was missing one tooth in the top and he placed a partial in the top. The bottom he filled them. I am so happy. For years I would not smile or take pictures. Now I can't stop smiling and constantly taking pictures. I am so happy and satisified with my dental work. I also brought my three children full of cavities. The staff and Dr Ross made us feel so comfortable! I feared going to the dentist for nine years, but Dr. Ross made us feel so relaxed and sympathized with our needs and they took very good care of us. I would recommend Dr. Ross and this clinic to anyone, they are awesome! Being that I have had bad dental experiences with other dentists, I'm so satisified! Dr. Ross's office repaired my front tooth. That front tooth had been chipped since 1980 due to auto accident. I raised 7 kids, so I was never able to pay my half of the insurance fee to get it fixed. I was thrilled to finally get that tooth fixed!! The doctor and dental assiatant was very confident and relaxed about the work you did and today I can "smile out loud"!! You for sure raised my confidence level!! I just want to say thank you for the excellent work! A Dellinger Jr

I took my childrens here and we've never been treated so nice! They really made us feel like we were at home...they down to earth and care so much. My kids are ready to go back!
