        poor quality; unreliable; zero integrity. Job was done in Fall of 2017. Work consisted of remove/kill weeds,,cover with liner, top with 3" of black mulch, down two trees and grind the stumps; build a 31/2 foot wall for a total cost of $12,000. The wall and tree work turned out well; weed treatment was ineffective [weeds came back with gusto in Spring of 2018] liner coverage sporadic; 1" mulch, not 3"; failed to treat one section. Repeated calls in Spring went to voice mail to no avail.

        poor quality, unreliable, no integrity. Cost of job $12,000. Work done in Fall of 2017. Contractor promised to come back in Spring of 2018 to complete job and remedy shortcomings. As of 2/1/2018 he has not come back and has my repeated phone calls go to voice mail.

        Performance was poor, unreliable with zero integrity. Failed to meet terms of agreement; promised to rectify in Spring of 2018. As of 6/30/2018, has had repeated phone calls go to voice mail.
