Thank you for your review. While we never like to find out our customers experience was negative or challenging, we appreciate hearing the feedback- good or bad. I want to apologize that your experience was not positive. Weather Tight takes all reviews and feedback from customers very seriously. Anytime we have an opportunity to learn, grow, and train- we make a conscious effort to do so. After receiving your review, we were able to pull recordings from your scheduled appointment as well as talk with the appropriate parties who you had a negative experience with. I know that our President, Tod, had reached out to you, to gather more information and personally work to rectify the situation. From my understanding, you were able to schedule an appointment with him, but with life, things can get busy and I understand you could not make the appointment. I wanted to personally reply to your review to at least touch base with you. At the very least, I want you to know that your review has reached upper management, we appreciate the feedback you have provided us thus far, and we are working with our team members to make adjustments.
