Walmart - Bakery

I called Walmart on East Capitol Dr. to inquire information in the electronics department. I made the call at 12:58pm., I was transferred to electronics, I was told to please hold. I know that I did not have to wait a long time for someone to answer my call, but I wanted to see how much time would pass before my call was answered. I waited over 25 minutes. I was wondering, how many people are assigned to work in the electronics department? My inquiry was to just see if a certain Logitech speaker system was still in stock. I looked online for this product and could no longer purchase it online, but was informed that Walmart's east side location would have it. I just wanted to know and ask if the product could be held for me and I would be coming to pick up that purchase. It is unfortunate that no one could or would help me. The person who answered the telephone lack professional courtesy, and the length of time I waited was unnecessary.

Had the great displeasur of coming in at 8. Found most of the stuff i wanted not all.lots of bare shelves.what was most upsetting to make me stop coming in there again is the fact only oneside od self checks open a line of people approx 15 waitin and you had some with full carts and just 2 cashiers open with at least 6 people in each. Where was mgmt to say lets get another casher up here to move things along. Probably in back looking at nothing. Thats why i put my cart in a aisle and left after 20 min
