I would never return here. I walked in the office and no one was even at the front window for about 15 minutes. When she got there she wasn't friendly. They are beyond slow, no sense of urgency what so ever! I think my dead Grandmother moves faster. People are waiting over an hour to be seen.

I would not return to this clinic even if I was at the edge of death!!!! Dr. Lutfi was completely rude and unprofessional. If you are looking for pain meds and are not actually interested in being diagnosed or assisted with an actual medical emergency then this is the clinic for you!!

This "doctor" basically called me a liar when I explained the type of pain I was experiencing from a possible broken limb. He yelled at me the entire time and was very condescending. He told me there was no way I was feeling the pain I described and then his wife came in to offer me pain meds and told me I should come in the FOLLOWING DAY for tests that would diagnose the issue. I was in excruciating pain, I wanted to know the cause and cure, not called a liar and sent away with pain meds. Needless to say I hopped right out of there and headed to another urgent care clinic where I was treated with kindness/respect and diagnosed.

Its what you'd pay for a walk-in clinic. Although its considered "cheap" the initial fee doesn't cover "all" as I was told by one of their staff (Nurses being the only kind souls in the building). Horrible bedside manners. And the "little extra costs" might as well be an arm and a leg. Thanks.
