These people are a bunch of crooks. I had worked out a price on the internet and confirmed 0% financing. We drove 3 hours to get there to pick-up our car, and suddenly the 0% only existed if we paid sticker price, nearly $8,000 more than agreed upon. They would not honor the price I had IN WRITING. As I started walking out the door, suddenly the price started falling. They even dropped the nearly $2,000 of rust-proofing they supposedly apply to every vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought elsewhere and will never return. This was hands down the worst buying experience I have ever encountered.

They are liars. This was the worst car dealer experience that I have ever had. I drove two hours to get there to pick up a car that I made a deal over the phone. But when I got there, they made me wait for 30 min. to see the finance person and then told me that the car was sold. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My sales guy said he put the Sold tag in the car before he left and asked the manager to take care of me especially I am coming from 2 hours away. And then when I got there, the car was gone. They didn't have courtesy to call me because they wanted to sell me another car and made me drove all the way there and then made me wait another 30 min. and told me that they have other cars that I can buy. I drove 2 hours back home without a new car. Please do NOT deal with that dealer. They are liars.

On Saturday, 3/29/14, the last sales day of the month, I drove (alone) in from Madison and was set to buy a Nissan Rogue SL, my 5th car purchase.



The Sales reps were fine to work with. Rob/Gus. The sticker price jumped $2k because of some protectant I couldn't opt out of (cost was probably $100, the rest is margin. An addendum sticker is on ANOTHER window. not next to the sticker price That's a little shady), but we eventually were closing in on a deal. Awesome. But then after 3 hours of waiting / back and forth, Sales Manager, Dean Sadia decides he won't sell me the car unless I use Nissan financing 3.9% (my bank: 1.8%). OK, I get it, you think you can sell this to someone else for more. Fine, RESPECTFULLY come tell me that. Instead I have to ask to see Dean. *I* extend my hand to him to introduce myself since his body language reeked of negativity. He starts in a condescending tone, "do you understand how many people want this car and how in demand they are? If you want the car and decline our financing, I have to charge you market value. Do you know what market value? It's like $5k more than sticker".



What in the $%^&*, "First of all, why didn't you tell me what the rate was from the beginning" (allegedly the rep was wrong; Nissan only offers rate this for non Rogues #baitandswitch). And second, is this REALLY how you talk to customers?" "Yes - you won't listen and you're wasting my time". I held my composure and took the high road throughout this shady process. I was shaking my head on the way out, he has no right to talk to me just because I am an Asian female.

Worst sales manager ever! I dont know how this kid got his position. I believe his name is Nic-if you do decide to buy a car there I sure hope you dont have to deal with this guy. He was rude, unprofessional, just had terrible people skills all around. I really hope this is not the type of manamgement that RD views as quality. Other employees there were nice and helpful. Just stay clear away from the manager.

worst experience ever

This place is a joke! they wouldn't give me what I needed for a trade in(not a big deal), but then they advised me to buy a car from them and "voluntarily give the bank my car"(my trade in) in other words volunteer my car for repossession, they tried saying that it will only be on my credit report for 90 days and that it won't hurt my credit, thankfully I'm not that stupid! So my husband and I left and the sales man calls me to "get more information" and I told him I am not interested. Now all of a sudden my husband and I have 6 new inquiries on our credit report because they ran our credit after I specifically told them NOT TO!!!!! needless to say I will NEVER do business with Russ Darrow again, and I will make sure my family and friends don't waste there time here either!
